Dialogue. Information. Participation. The employees of Alexander Bürkle are actively involved in the transformation process. That’s why a large part of the initiatives developed focuses inward – to drive and inspire change from within.

Twelve containers form a think tank at the company’s headquarters in Freiburg – a physical space dedicated to digital transformation. It’s a place that invites bold, unconventional, lively, and open thinking. Ideas take shape here and are driven all the way to implementation. In addition to project group work, the space hosts a regular program of workshops and talks.

Transformation means change. But what does collaboration really mean? The employee-focused idea campaign informs and inspires through its mobile installations – encouraging people to grow beyond themselves or discover new solutions through creative ping-pong.
